Subli Farms: From Zero to Daily Leads with a Heart-Led Website

Overview
Subli Farms is more than a client — it's a place close to my heart. In 2024, I had the privilege of attending their Seed to Table course, a 5-day immersive culinary experience on an organic farm in the Philippines that genuinely took my breath away. The food, the space, the people — it was the kind of experience that stays with you.
It was also where I met Asha Perry, the founder of Subli, who built this beautiful place together with her mom, Ludy.

About Subli
Subli is an organic farm in the Philippines offering plant-based nutrition culinary courses that integrate Ayurvedic and Chinese Medicine principles. Founded by Asha Perry, it's a space designed to reconnect people with food, nature, and themselves.
When I visited, Subli had no website and a modest social media presence. Asha didn't see herself as a tech-savvy person, but she was deeply eager to grow. When she learned what I did professionally, she asked if I could help her build her online presence — and I said yes without hesitation.

The Challenge
Asha's primary goal was to increase course attendance. But her vision extended beyond that — she saw the potential of her space to host company retreats, attract global visitors, and share the knowledge she and her team carry. The challenge was giving that vision a proper home online, so the right people could find her, understand what Subli offers, and feel compelled to show up.
What We Did
I led the project end-to-end, from strategy to execution:
- Conducted a discovery conversation with Asha to understand her goals, audience, and long-term vision
- Returned to the farm to photograph the land, the team, and the activities offered during courses
- Built the website on Wix — chosen specifically because Asha wanted a platform she could fully manage herself
- Collaborated closely with Asha throughout the build, with her providing all written content and us providing the system, structure, and execution
- Produced instructional videos walking Asha through how to edit each page independently
- Developed a social media content plan tailored to her voice and capacity
- Provided an AI prompt framework she could use to create content in batches with ease

The Results
Since the website went live, Asha has seen a consistent increase in qualified leads — daily inquiries about courses and company retreats, from both local and international audiences. Course attendance has grown. And perhaps just as meaningfully, Asha has found a new confidence in showing up consistently on social media, armed with the tools and strategy to do it sustainably.

The Takeaway
This project is a reminder of why I do this work. Asha had something truly extraordinary to offer the world — she just needed the right platform to let people find it. Watching Subli grow its online presence and seeing how directly that has translated into business growth and community impact is something I'm genuinely proud of.

I'm also personally grateful. Since our collaboration began, I attended Asha's Ecology of Food course, and it has had a lasting impact on how I view nutrition, health, and cooking. I'm the healthiest version of myself, and a big part of that traces back to what I learned at Subli.
