Q: Can I switch plans later on?
A: Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. Just give us a 14-day notice before your next billing cycle.
Q: How long does onboarding take?
A: After you submit the intake form, onboarding typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on the complexity of your plan. Platinum clients may require additional time due to advanced funnels and custom video content.
Q: How do I communicate with your team?
A: You’ll be assigned a dedicated Project Manager. Communication options include:

Content Creation

Q: How do you know what content to post?
A: We gather everything we need during onboarding — from brand voice and target audience to competitors and visual inspiration. Then we plan content using proven frameworks (Value, Authority, Promotion, Engagement) tailored to your brand.
Q: Can I review posts before they go live?
A: Yes. You can request pre-approval for all content, or opt for hands-free scheduling based on the plan you selected.
Q: What if I don’t have video footage for reels?
A: No problem. You can upload any existing clips during onboarding. If none are available, we can create video reels from brand assets, testimonials, stock footage, or animations. We also provide simple, clear guides on how to shoot quality photos and videos using just your phone, so you can easily capture fresh content whenever needed.

Platinum clients get 2 on-site video/photography sessions per year.

Q: What kind of funnel is included in each plan?
A:

Silver
: 1 basic lead magnet funnel (PDF, checklist, or coupon)

Gold: 1 basic funnel + calendar integration

Platinum: 2 custom funnels with booking, automation, upsells, and segmentation
Q: Can I use my own booking tool like Calendly?
A: We provide a built-in booking tool inside our marketing portal that offers the same capabilities as tools like Calendly. If you prefer to use your own external system, we can integrate it for you — a small fee may apply depending on the platform’s compatibility.

CRM & Email Automation

Q: What is a CRM and how will it help me?
A: Your CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) helps manage leads, deals, and client interactions. We use our internal marketing portal to build a smart CRM flow that automates tagging, tracking, and follow-ups—based on your plan.
Q: What kind of follow-ups are included?
A: Follow-up automations vary by plan:

- Silver
: 2-part email/SMS (Welcome + Reminder)

- Gold: 3-part nurture sequence

- Platinum: Full 5-part nurture + reactivation + lead scoring
Q: Will I get reports on how things are going?
A: Yes.

- Silver

Billing & Access

Q: What’s your billing cycle?
A: Billing is monthly and automated. You’ll sign up using your credit card, and charges will recur every 30 days from your signup date. You’ll receive an invoice and receipt via email for every cycle.
Q: Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
A: We require a 6-month lock-in period to give our strategies time to work. After that, you’ll move to a month-to-month subscription model. You can cancel or pause anytime with 14-day notice before your next billing.
Q: What happens if I opt out of the subscription? Will I still be able to access my landing pages and website?
A: Access to your website and landing pages will be removed after cancellation. However, we offer a paid migration service to help transfer your pages, funnels, and CRM to your own platform. This includes full access handover, depending on your setup.
Q: Will I be charged automatically?
A: Yes. Subscriptions are billed automatically via credit card every 30 days unless canceled or modified before the next billing cycle.

Technical Set-Up

Q: Do I need to have my own marketing software or CRM account?
A: No. We provide you with secure access to our Clean Ocean Marketing Portal, where your CRM, funnels, automations, and content calendar are fully managed for you. If you already use your own system, just let us know during onboarding — we can review your tools and discuss integration options.
Q: What happens to my leads and data?
A: You retain full ownership of your leads and data. Upon cancellation, we can export your contact lists, workflows, funnels, and assets for use on your own system.
